On September 19, 2024, Dr. Mongkol Thirananon, Assistant to the President, presided over a meeting to prepare for the 2024 annual inventory audit. The purpose was to provide clarification and ensure understanding of the procedures for conducting the audit smoothly and in alignment with the planned schedule. The process adheres to the Ministry of Finance’s regulations on public procurement and asset management (B.E. 2560). The meeting was attended by 55 representatives from various university departments.
The Procurement Division has requested cooperation from all departments to submit their 2024 annual inventory audit reports by November 11, 2024. These reports will be forwarded to the university president and the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand.
