On July 16, 2025, an auction was held for 304 air conditioning units with a minimum bid of 883,000 Baht.
Prior to the auction date, interested parties were given the opportunity to inspect the items. Any individual who did not view the items was considered to have waived their right to inspection and was required to accept the items in their existing condition on the day of the auction. On the day of the auction, all bidders were required to register with an official and place a cash deposit as a guarantee of compliance with the auction terms. The auction began at 10:30 a.m.
