On April 29, 2026, the Division of Property and Supplies conducted a 5S Self Audit as part of the preparation for the official 5S evaluation by the university’s 5S Committee, which is scheduled to take place in May 2026.
Prior to the assessment, all personnel of the Division of Property and Supplies participated in a Big Cleaning activity within their working areas. The activity included organizing work desks, cleaning common areas, and improving the spaces under the responsibility of each area group to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with 5S standards.
This activity reflected the strong cooperation and commitment of the division’s personnel in improving the working environment to support efficient operations and create a positive atmosphere within the organization.
