Prior to the bidding, prospective bidders were given the opportunity to inspect the items from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at STEC Building 5. Registration was held between 9:40 AM and 10:10 AM, with a required cash guarantee deposit of 1,000 THB to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
