On July 6, 2026, staff members from the Division of Property and Supplies, Walailak University, served as guest speakers for a special lecture titled “Correct Procurement Guidelines and Operational Precautions.” The session was held as part of the Knowledge Sharing and Enhancement Project on Finance, Procurement, and Internal Control to Prevent Operational Risks and Fraud, organized by Walailak University Botanic Garden.
The primary objective of this lecture was to enhance understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and proper practices regarding financial management, procurement, and internal control. It also aimed to raise awareness of risk prevention, reduce operational errors, and ensure transparency, efficiency, and adherence to good governance principles.
During the event, participants actively engaged in discussions and Q&A sessions, addressing real-world procurement challenges to apply the gained knowledge effectively in their daily operations. A total of 20 staff members from Walailak University Botanic Garden attended the session, which took place in a collaborative and constructive atmosphere.
