On August 28–29, 2026, the Division of Property and Supplies, Walailak University, organized a Workshop on Property and Supplies Management for Fiscal Year 2026 at Khao Sok Rainforest Resort, Surat Thani Province. The workshop aimed to provide staff members with an opportunity to participate in operational planning, develop strategies to translate Walailak University’s policies and strategic directions into practice, and prepare the Performance Agreement for Fiscal Year 2027.
The workshop also focused on strengthening staff participation in determining the Division’s operational direction, while fostering positive relationships, teamwork, and collaboration among staff members. These efforts are essential to enhancing the Division’s operational efficiency and enabling it to effectively support the University’s mission and strategic goals.
As part of the workshop, team-building activities were organized to strengthen collaboration and unity among staff before the academic sessions. Staff members were divided into three groups based on the Division’s organizational structure to collaboratively analyze and develop strategies for translating the University’s policies and strategic directions into practice, as well as to prepare the Performance Agreement for Fiscal Year 2027.
Each group subsequently presented its proposed strategies and operational plans to the participants for discussion, exchange of views, and feedback. The presentations provided an opportunity to refine the proposed approaches to ensure greater clarity, appropriateness, and alignment with the operational goals and strategic direction of both the Division of Property and Supplies and Walailak University.
The workshop served not only as a platform for collaboratively developing operational strategies but also as an opportunity to strengthen mutual understanding, encourage staff participation, and foster positive working relationships within the Division. These outcomes will contribute to enhancing the Division’s operational efficiency and its ability to effectively support the mission and strategic objectives of Walailak University.
