The Division of Property and Supplies, Walailak University, invites representatives from university units to attend a meeting on preparation and understanding of the Annual Property Audit for Fiscal Year 2026.
The meeting aims to prepare unit representatives and ensure a clear understanding of the procedures and guidelines for conducting the annual property audit in accordance with the Ministry of Finance’s Regulation on Public Procurement and Supplies Management B.E. 2560 (2017). It also aims to prevent discrepancies and issues related to missing or inaccurate property records during the physical inventory inspection.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, 10 September 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Khao Luang Meeting Room, Cooperative Education Building.
Each unit is requested to nominate one representative who serves as the secretary of the Annual Property Audit Committee or the unit’s coordinator responsible for the annual property audit.
