On September 10, 2026, the Property Warehouse Section, Division of Property and Supplies, Walailak University, organized a meeting on “Preparation and Orientation for the Annual Inventory Inspection for Fiscal Year 2026” at Khao Luang Meeting Room, Cooperative Education Building. The meeting was attended by representatives responsible for serving as secretaries of their respective Annual Inventory Inspection Committees or coordinators for the annual inventory inspection, with one representative from each unit, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The meeting aimed to provide participating units with a clear understanding of the guidelines, procedures, and preparation required for the annual inventory inspection. It also sought to ensure that the inspection process is conducted accurately and in accordance with the Ministry of Finance’s Regulations on Public Procurement and Supplies Management B.E. 2560 (2017). In addition, the meeting focused on preventing issues such as missing inventory items and inaccurate or outdated inventory records, thereby supporting accurate and efficient inspection and reporting.

- Red Flags: Risk Warning Signs and Unusual Observations
Division of Property and Supplies
- Preparation for the annual inventory inspection
- User guide for the Annual Inventory Inspection Report
- User guide for the Asset Inventory System and VPN installation and usage
- Transfer of supplies, including changes of responsible persons and asset locations
- Disposal of supplies that are no longer needed, deteriorated, or damaged
The meeting served as an important preparation for internal units to conduct the annual inventory inspection systematically and effectively, with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It also strengthened understanding of supplies management and asset control practices in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
