On 7th September 2023, The Division of human resources and organizations , Walailak University, has organized the event “ WU International Day”. at the Pattarathammaporn meeting room, Walailak University Hospital building. The event aimed to exhibit the outcome of the development of organizations’ new working process , including empirical and procedural innovation in the fiscal year 2023. This, the outcome of the development of procurement monitoring system in the form of “Application Line”, which was implemented by the Division of Supplies, has been presented in the event.
The objective of the development of monitoring system is to provide the executives and the service recipient agencies the “Real time” system for tracking procurement progress, and to increase to effectiveness of the supplies division’s procurement effectiveness. The result of progress can be displayed through 3 chanels, namely, LINE @Thasala, LINE @Thaiburi and “WU HRMS” information system.
