March 29, 2020 Walailak University Organized activities on the 32nd anniversary of the founding of Walailak University at the main auditorium, Thai Buri Building.
Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of WU, and Mr. Teerachai Chemnasiri, President of the WU Council, led the ceremony to offer food to 30 Buddhist monks. They also participated in offering blessings upon Professor Dr. Wichit Srisa-an, the Founding President who made significant contributions to WU, as well as to faculty members, staff, and students who have passed away. Additionally, imams sought blessings from God, and Christian prayers were offered.
