On March 25, 2025, the Procurement Division of Walailak University, in collaboration with the Walailak University Hospital, led by Dr. Mongkol Teerananond, Vice President, and M.D. Kitti Rattanasombat, Acting Director of the Medical Center, organized a meeting on procurement and supply management guidelines. The meeting was held at Chor Pradu Conference Room, Chulabhorn Vejvathana Building, Walailak University Medical Center.
The meeting took place from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM with the objective of enhancing understanding of procurement regulations and practices for medical supplies and equipment. Additionally, it provided an opportunity for participants to exchange views on challenges, obstacles, and solutions in managing the medical center’s supplies, which involves handling a substantial budget and high-value assets.
During the meeting, the Procurement Division presented efficient operational guidelines, while the Hospital discussed procurement strategies to enhance operational flexibility and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
