The Procurement Division of Walailak University organized its Annual Seminar for Fiscal Year 2024 on 7–8 August 2025 at Nam Phu Ron Kem Resort, Khlong Thom District, Krabi Province, with the participation of 22 executives and staff members.
The seminar fostered a collaborative atmosphere filled with active exchanges of ideas. Participants developed guidelines to enhance the efficiency of the division’s management, reviewed the performance of Fiscal Year 2024, analyzed challenges and obstacles, and jointly formulated operational strategies and innovative outputs to drive the division’s work in Fiscal Year 2025.
Activities included small-group discussions based on the division’s organizational structure, presentations to the plenary session, knowledge-sharing activities, and team-building programs to strengthen relationships and unity. The event was officially opened by Dr. Mongkol Teerananond, Vice President of Walailak University, and facilitated by Mr. Piyawat Kong-intr, Acting Head of the Procurement Division, who also outlined the seminar’s objectives.
As a result of the seminar, the Procurement Division established clear and practical action plans for Fiscal Year 2025, along with innovative approaches ready to be developed and implemented in real operations. These outcomes are expected to improve service efficiency and enhance user satisfaction.
