On May 20, 2025, the Division of Property and Supplies underwent a 5S activity evaluation conducted by the central committee of Walailak University. The committee began the evaluation at 10:00 a.m., during which the 5S representatives and staff of the Division of Property and Supplies warmly welcomed the evaluators and presented the division’s 5S operational achievements through an electronic display system. The presentation highlighted the work plans, operational outcomes, and active participation of personnel within the division.
Following the presentation, the committee conducted an on-site inspection of the working areas. The Division of Property and Supplies had organized its responsibility zones into five groups, namely Hojicha Group, Pink Volcano Milk Group, Matcha Group, Caramel Macchiato Group, and Iced Cappuccino Group. These group names were selected under the concept of “Refreshing Beverages” to create a lively and friendly atmosphere while encouraging teamwork and participation among staff members.
The atmosphere throughout the evaluation was filled with both excitement and anticipation, as this year marked the first time the Division of Property and Supplies had relocated its operations from the Medical Center Building to the Professor Dr. Vichit Srisa-an Building. Nevertheless, the evaluation results brought great pride and relief to all staff members when the committee announced that the Division of Property and Supplies had achieved a perfect score of 5 points. This accomplishment reflected the strong cooperation, dedication, and commitment of all personnel in developing a workplace environment that is organized, clean, and supportive of efficient operations.
