In Fiscal Year 2026, the Division of Property and Supplies has developed an information system for procurement and supplies management to enable seamless data integration throughout the procurement process and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, criteria, and operational guidelines. The system is designed to reduce redundant data entry, shorten processing time, and support effective monitoring and decision-making by university administrators and internal units with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
On August 4, 2026, Center for Digital Innovation, which jointly developed the system with the Division of Property and Supplies, conducted a training session for relevant staff of the Division of Property and Supplies on how to use the system. The training also included a review of the progress and initial results from the trial implementation of the system.
