Division of Procurement and Supply is the division under the office of president. The main obligation is to manage the work about procurement and since the administration of Walailuk University is a combination of services, so we are the central authority which responsible for the procurement management such as procurement, control, and to administer the use of supplies efficiently. We have separated our management structure into 3 functions; General Administration, recruitment, warehouse.



To be the division that can provide efficient and effective procurement and supply services, good governance, reach the high operational standard, using technology to manage the procurement, verifiability, satisfying customers and being a role model for another divisions.



  1. Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality to satisfy the customers.
  2. Manage and Get the most out of the supply.
  3. Collect and create the supplies data for managing budget.
