Division of Procurement and Supply is the division under the office of president. The main obligation is to manage the work about procurement and since the administration of Walailuk University is a combination of services, so we are the central authority which responsible for the procurement management such as procurement, control, and to administer the use of supplies efficiently. We have separated our management structure into 3 functions; General Administration, recruitment, warehouse.



The work system is good, standard, modern, honest and verifiable.



  1. Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality to satisfy the customers.
  2. Manage and Get the most out of the supply.
  3. Collect and create the supplies data for managing budget.
