To ensure that the University’s supplies, including materials, equipment, and other assets procured under the annual budget, as well as those acquired through donations, transfers, or exchanges, remain in a condition ready for use at all times, and that the University derives maximum benefit during the defect liability period provided by the seller or contractor, in accordance with Clauses 184 and 185 of the Ministry of Finance Regulation on Public Procurement and Supplies Management B.E. 2560 (2017);
